The guide leads the group to explore the Temple of Heaven – The largest imperial worship complex in China, where emperors once prayed for good harvests. Marvel at the magnificent Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests, a masterpiece of ancient Chinese architecture.
11:00 AM: After the Temple of Heaven, board the vehicle to Yonghe Lama Temple.
Guided tour of Yonghe Lama Temple – *The most prestigious Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Beijing, blending Han and Tibetan architectural styles. Admire the 18-meter-tall Maitreya Buddha carved from a single sandalwood tree.
After the temple visit, take a leisurely walk through Beijing’s Hutongs – These ancient alleyways offer a glimpse into traditional Beijing life. Feel free to explore local eateries for lunch at your own pace.
Depart by vehicle to the Summer Palace.
Guided tour of the Summer Palace – A UNESCO-listed imperial garden known as the "Museum of Royal Gardens." Stroll along Kunming Lake and admire the iconic Long Corridor’s painted scenes.
